Sprinklers maintained by Waterville Irrigation.

• Basic Start up - $85

  • Turn on water, fill lines, check leaks

  • Check backflow to make sure it seals

  • Use timeclock to check each zone

  • Correcting any problems found during basic start up - billed separately

  • After all start-up items are complete, time clock will be left in "OFF" position until needed

• Services calls - $95/hr (one tech) or $160/hr (two techs)

• Winterization - $95

Update, 7/12/2021

The board conducted a physical review of the sprinkler system.  It was found that the settings were off and this was corrected.  It was also determined that the rain gauge was broken.  It was agreed at the board meeting on 7/12/2021 that a new rain gauge would be purchased, along with a WiFi system that could control the sprinkler system remotely.  Both of these items will be installed by Alex Bahret at no cost to the HOA.   These two updates should result in a longer-term savings to the residents, as we can have more precise control of when the lawn gets watered.
